The question is not just about the fact that individual people take care of themselves, but in choosing a way of life.
Why do some countries host the happiest and healthiest people on the planet?
What do they eat? What are their habits, which are different from other societies?
While the factors that lead to a healthy lifestyle are many, all these countries have something in common. Their priority is the lack of stress and the balance between work and other things in life. They also rarely eat meat, and proteins and vitamins are available from fish, soybean (tofu), fruits and vegetables.
1.Iceland

They are the largest fishmonger in the world but do not forget about soy, algae and green tea. Their secret is that when they eat 80% - they stop for ten minutes and then choose whether to continue to eat or not. In most cases, they have eaten enough and do not need more.

Okinawa is a prefecture or, in other words, under the national jurisdiction of Japan.
But it is important to mention it separately because it is believed that the strongest people on the planet live there. There are many "supercentenarians" in the country who have reached the age of 110 years.
